Nicol of Skene is one of the leading civil engineering contractors in
the North East of Scotland. Strategic and continual investment in
plant, machinery and new technology provides their private and
public sector clients with the confidence that their contract will be
carried out using the most up to date techniques and equipment.
Their equipment is maintained in the peak of condition by their own
team of dedicated professionals whose pride in their job is clear
to see. The one thing they didn’t have was an office facility that
reflected the company’s stature and success, so they planned
a new headquarters building to be built on their site at Skene by

General and Technical were asked to get involved in the
specification and installation of suitable materials for an office and
workshop over two floors. The overall condition of the finished areas
was of a very high specification from furniture to lighting and overall
decoration therefore we were asked to specify products in line with
this philosophy.
