As a business, we are passionate about maintaining the health and safety of our clients and staff.

Safety first

The health and safety of our workforce, our clients and all others we interact with during our operations is extremely important to us. As a business we’re always looking for opportunities to improve. Although not a high risk trade, we still continue to learn more innovative ways of improving the health and safety culture of our business.

Ensuring a safe working environment

We review our health, safety and environment policy annually and we discuss it at our bi-annual quality, health, safety and environment management team meetings and with our HSE consultants, Safety Scotland. During our team meetings, we involve our contracts managers and ask them to identify areas of improvement based on their experiences. After we agree a plan, we then relay this to our technicians who are key to ensuring that we continue to improve. We communicate with them through face-to-face meetings, and we also have an online training platform called OLAS.

Policies & Accreditations

Championing Health & Safety

The OLAS training platform is an important addition to how we increase awareness in HSE. The platform has over seventy training modules, and we can adapt the list for each job role in our business. This ensures we provide relevant training for all job roles from day one onwards. In addition, we have a number of external training days organised by Safety Scotland, covering topics such as First Aid at Work, Manual Handling, Mental Health, Forklift and Site Safety.
