Project Overview
Utopi, a leader in helping businesses reduce their environmental footprint, outgrew its previous office and relocated to a new, sustainably-focused space at EastWorks, Clyde Gateway. We were proud to play a part in shaping a workspace designed with sustainability at its core. Working closely with the Space Solutions team, we installed flooring that transformed a once cramped office into an inspiring environment where Utopi’s values and commitment to sustainability truly shine.
Approach
To reflect Utopi’s eco-conscious values, sustainable flooring materials were thoughtfully selected for the space. Our installation focused on enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and functional performance of the environment. Acoustic considerations were key in managing sound across open-plan and private areas, creating a comfortable, cohesive, and sustainable workspace.
Solution
Our flooring solution helped define and elevate key areas of the workspace, from the mezzanine-level collaborative hub to the main work zones – where acoustic flooring enhanced focus and comfort. By using recycled and sustainable materials throughout, Utopi minimised environmental impact wherever possible, embodying its core value of sustainability. It was rewarding to be part of a project that demonstrates sustainable design can be both visually striking and highly functional.
